Summary: The role of Senior Project Manager focuses on leading cross-functional change initiatives within Financial Crime transformation. The position requires engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping operational processes across multiple divisions. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the London office, and is initially for a six-month duration. Candidates should have proven experience in change management within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional change initiatives across Financial Crime workstreams.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including ExCo members.
  • Shape and evolve how teams operate, with a focus on people, process, data, and controls.
  • Work across multiple divisions and stakeholder groups to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Champion transformation without direct line management responsibilities.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in change and transformation roles, ideally in complex, regulated environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at ExCo level.
  • Experience working across multiple business units or divisions.
  • Financial Crime knowledge is a plus.
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and drive execution.
  • Experience from a Large FS organisation.

Salary (Rate): £750.00/daily

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing team at the forefront of Financial Crime transformation. Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office

Rate: up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella

Duration: initial 6 months
