Summary: The Financial Analyst role is a 6-month fixed-term contract within the management account team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all aspects of income and expenditure for a designated Area/Division or Executive Directorate Budget.
- Provide professional assistance and financial advice to managers, investigating complex financial variances and suggesting corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial standards through accurate processing of income, expenditure, and invoices.
- Deliver timely and meaningful financial management information within strict deadlines.
Key Skills:
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in a finance environment.
- Proficiency in computerised financial management systems and controls.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong spreadsheet and PC application skills.
