About the Role
We are seeking a self-driven Power Automate Specialist with strong experience building, optimizing, and modernizing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will assess existing Power Automate environments and advise on the transition from current-state to future-state architectures. This role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate and solid understanding of integration patterns, especially involving SAP.
While a finance background is not required, experience presenting data and building dashboards for finance-oriented stakeholders is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess existing end-to-end Power Automate workflows.
- Provide strategic guidance for modernizing automation architecture.
- Develop and optimize Power Automate flows connected to SAP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend improvements and future-state solutions.
- Present automation insights, dashboards, and workflow designs to leadership teams.
- Ensure best practices around automation governance, documentation, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proven experience with SAP integration (no specific module required).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and mechanics.
- Ability to evaluate current-state processes and design future-state improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building dashboards for finance or accounting teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Familiarity with Power Apps or Dataverse (not required, but beneficial).
