Summary: The Financial Analyst (CEP) role at NHS Resolution involves developing a claims management service as part of the Claims Evolution Programme. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost-benefit modelling and ensure compliance with public sector financial frameworks.
  • Track and analyze key financial metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate data sharing and influence decision-making.
  • Liaise with Claims Operations, Finance team, and actuaries on financial modelling assumptions.
  • Provide financial updates to various committees and contribute to corporate reporting.

Key Skills:

  • CCAB qualified accountant or equivalent (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective collaboration and change management abilities.
  • Experience in building and maintaining financial models.
