Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Management Accountant in statutory, management, and capital accounting.
- Draw up statutory accounts for year-end.
- Analyze revenue and capital spend.
- Reconcile balance sheets and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Lead financial and statutory reporting and manage the capital budget.
- Provide financial support to the wider business.
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified Accountant (CIPFA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Extensive experience in statutory, management, and capital accounting.
- Confidence in leading financial and statutory reporting.
- Experience in public sector or mixed sector background is preferred.
Salary (Rate): £350 Daily

Your new role
As an experienced Accountant, you will be supporting the Senior Management Accountant in a niche role that encompasses statutory, management and capital accounting with duties including, but not limited to, drawing up statutory accounts for year-end, looking at revenue and capital spend, reconciling balance sheets, creating assets and maintaining the fixed asset register.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIPFA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- You will possess a unique skillset with extensive experience in statutory, management and capital accounting.
- You will be confident leading all financial and statutory reporting, managing the capital budget and providing financial support to the wider business.
- Candidates with some public sector experience or mixed sector background would be suited to this role.What you'll get in return
