Summary: The Finance Systems Specialist role involves managing and enhancing finance systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, while driving process improvements and automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Power Platforms suite, including Power Automate workflows.
• Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, optimizing processes across UK and international teams.
• Collaborate with data, security, and infrastructure teams to improve finance systems.
• Coordinate system updates, testing, and deployments to minimize operational disruptions.
• Lead automation initiatives using AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure data integrity, system maintenance, and audit compliance, including ERP data management.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporter, Power BI configuration, and Microsoft data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, SQL scripts, Visual Studio, and virtual environments.
• Understanding of coding languages, like C#.
• Proactive management of finance systems licensing and vendor relationships.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills for documentation and training.
