Summary: The Finance Project Manager role is a Fixed Term Contract focused on delivering transformational change for Finance stakeholders within a leading long-term savings and retirement business. The position involves managing Finance Data, Reporting, and Process Transformation projects, collaborating with various teams to achieve strategic outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills, utilizing various methodologies to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Finance Data, Reporting, and Process Transformation projects.
- Collaborate with PMs, PMO, BAs, SMEs, and senior managers to deliver projects aligned with company strategy.
- Develop and execute Business Readiness and cutover planning.
- Plan and deliver project initiatives through Definition, Design, Build, Testing, and Rollout phases.
- Maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and focus on delivering outcomes and benefits.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for communication and planning.
- Oversee Resource and Financial Management.
- Facilitate acceptance of change within business teams.
Key Skills:
