Summary: The Finance Manager at ActiveQuote will lead the finance team, ensuring effective financial reporting and management during the integration with parent company Howden. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small team of finance staff and perform hands-on tasks.
• Prepare management accounts and interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Conduct quarterly VAT reporting and fulfill FCA reporting requirements.
• Prepare statutory accounts for year-end.
• Manage payroll processing and bonus schemes.
• Handle KPI reporting.
• Promote ActiveQuote company values of integrity, unity, innovation, and passion.

Key Skills:

• Part-qualified/qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• High-level Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables).
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-financial staff.
• Experience in preparing statutory accounts for year-end.
