Your new role
As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the group. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll lead a small team and partner closely with operations to provide insightful analysis, robust reporting, and strategic support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting
- Business partnering with GMs and Ops Directors to drive profitability
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow management and cost control
- Supporting system improvements and process automation
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations
What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
