The Commercial Litigation Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Advising large corporate clients on a range of commercial litigation matters including heavy weight IT disputes, contractual disputes and procurement disputes.
  • Manage and oversee high-value and complex disputes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lawyers with help from Partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Take an active role in business development.
  • Lead on all forms of ADR.
