Summary: The Finance Business Partner role involves providing professional financial support to business leaders, focusing on accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support and analysis to business units.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and period-end reporting.
- Prepare accruals, adjustments, and validate accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial governance and controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support investment appraisals and cost modelling.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to influence financial decisions.
- Deliver accurate business review information and reporting.
- Build detailed plans to support business planning and budgeting.
- Identify and manage commercial risks.
Key Skills:
- Part-qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of financial control and risk.

- Experience in financial planning and reporting.
