Summary: This role at BAE Systems is for an HR Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and internal policies
  • Analyse, collate and format data from various sources to produce reports, schedules, and summaries
  • Support Senior Advisors and Managers with queries relating to employment terms and conditions and Company policies
  • Liaise with people shared services to deliver outputs and materials to tight deadlines
  • Support the requirements of internal/external quality monitoring and compliance standards
  • Manage any policy exception requests in line with the exceptions approval process
  • Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of key process timings
  • Apply a strong focus on continuous improvement for process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strive to deliver excellent customer service individually and as part of a team
  • Support Advisors and Managers and deputise as the point of contact as required

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a large and complex organisation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident in engaging and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and manage large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organisational design and restructuring experience including redundancy (desirable)

Salary: Circa £35,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

What You'll Be Doing
