Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external auditors, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of queries.
  • Assist in developing and executing audit plans, tracking key milestones, and identifying potential risks.
  • Monitor audit requests, ensuring prompt submission of required documents and responses.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to enhance overall audit processes and resolve planning issues.
  • Maintain a framework for post-audit reviews to foster continuous improvement.
  • Track key audit deliverables to ensure efficient and effective audit completion.
  • Build strong relationships with finance and business units to facilitate smooth audit execution.
  • Provide regular updates on audit progress, potential challenges, and resolutions to senior management.
  • Support internal teams in understanding audit requirements and best practices.
  • Attend and support key audit meetings and engagements.
