Ashley Kate HR & Finance are partnering with a growing business to recruit a Finance Analyst as part of an exciting transformation in how data is used across the organisation. This role sits at the heart of a shift from manual, spreadsheet-driven reporting to a more automated, insight-led approach. You'll play a key role in shaping how financial data is structured, visualised, and delivered, helping the business move towards a single, reliable view of performance. Working closely with both Finance and IT, you'll act as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, turning complex requirements into clear, user-friendly reporting solutions.
