Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement activities across IT and business transformation programmes
- Support mergers, acquisitions, separations, and divestments from a procurement perspective
- Manage supplier negotiations, contract reviews, and sourcing activities
- Coordinate Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and supplier exit plans
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational continuity
- Work closely with legal, finance, IT, and programme teams to manage procurement risks and dependencies
- Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
- Strong background in IT procurement
- Experience supporting M&A transactions, separations, carve-outs, or divestments
- Excellent contract negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex programme environments
- Desirable: Experience within large corporate or consulting environments
- Knowledge of procurement transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with TSA management and transitional operating models
