Summary: The Finance Analyst role is a 6-month contract position focused on providing financial reporting analysis and insights to support business decision-making. The position requires accurate reporting, KPI monitoring, and the identification of trends to enhance financial performance. The role is primarily home-based with occasional travel to the Head Office in Kettering. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Management Team and contribute to various financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports/dashboards to analyze and track business performance.
• Support the monthly Performance Review and other Business Review processes with LSL Group.
• Identify trends and themes in key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce comparison analysis.
• Provide support to the ongoing planning cycle (in-year Reforecast, Budget, and 3-year Strategic Plan).
• Drive continuous improvement in processes for accurate outputs and efficient reporting.
• Support Finance Management Team and e.surv Senior Management team on financial reporting and ad-hoc projects.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all related data in collaboration with MI and Finance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better reporting and cost understanding.
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to systems, data, and processes as required.

Key Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
• Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or relevant experience in FP&A and/or Commercial Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Curiosity and ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
• Ability to deliver complex financial analysis clearly and concisely.
• Proactive, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship-building abilities.
