Summary: The Field HSE Manager will oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems for a large-scale infrastructure project in Talacre, starting in May 2025. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while collaborating with project leadership and stakeholders. The position is an Outside IR35 contract for an initial duration of 12 months, offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic team focused on safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE management systems in line with ISO 14001 & 45001
- Ensure full compliance with site safety and environmental regulations
- Act as the HSE focal point, liaising with clients, contractors, and authorities
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and emergency response planning
- Lead HSE training and awareness programs for site teams and subcontractors
- Oversee waste management, air quality monitoring, and environmental protection initiatives
- Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring corrective actions are in place
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Field HSE Manager on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and environmental management
- Experience in HSE audits, training, and incident investigations
