Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the M&S Bank Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool, along with associated facilities. The role requires a strong electrical background and experience in HVAC systems, site maintenance, and managing reactive workloads. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player, contributing to the maintenance and installation of various systems to support a wide range of events. Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical maintenance and installation work.
- Building Management and Lighting Control Systems.
- Servicing and fault finding of HVAC systems.
- Maintenance of Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems.
- Management of CCTV and access control systems.
- Provision of Temporary Power Supplies and standby generation plant.
- Pump maintenance and associated systems.
- Delivery of Temporary Power Installations to BS7671 and BS7909 standards.
Key Skills:
- Strong electrical background.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Experience in site maintenance within the FM industry.
- Ability to manage reactive workloads as per SLA.
