Key Responsibilities:
- Address requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations.
- Provide customer service to a diverse range of external customers from public, commercial, and political sectors.
- Participate in incident response duties and provide business continuity support during incidents.
- Manage and prioritize reactive workloads effectively.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of environmental matters.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and handle public and political engagement, complaints, and correspondence.
