Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach operational crews at incidents

  • Capture learning outcomes, produce debrief reports and recommend service improvements
  • Develop and implement innovative ways of working across SFRS and the Southeast region
  • Contribute to operational learning using internal and external data sources
  • Ride operationally at least one day per month to maintain competence
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the role

Key Skills:

  • Current operational role as a Competent Firefighter, Crew Commander (Development or Competent), or Watch Commander (Development or Competent)
  • Ability to travel throughout the county
