Summary: The ERP Project Manager role involves overseeing an end-to-end ERP implementation, preferably with Salesforce or Certinia, for a leading utilities provider near Portsmouth. The position requires a strong ability to manage technical delivery and stakeholder engagement while navigating undocumented processes. The contract is for 6-9 months, with a requirement of 3-4 days per week in the office. The role offers a daily rate of £600-£800 and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience, ideally involving Salesforce and/or Certinia.
- Ability to manage both technical delivery and internal stakeholders with authority and clarity.
- Experience in environments with undocumented processes and cultural diversity.
- Confidence in managing third-party implementation partners and holding them accountable.
- Strong grasp of data integrity, testing, change management, and cutover planning.
- Track record of making tough calls, including identifying resource gaps or capability issues early.
Key Skills:
- End-to-end ERP implementation experience.
