Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for post-trade execution and settlement processes across multiple markets.
- Monitor and maintain effective risk controls over client trading activities.
- Review internal risk and exception reports to ensure operational integrity.
- Foster strong relationships with internal departments across regions and time zones.
- Ensure all business processing aligns with firm policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process or system enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
- Offer backup support to other functional teams within Singapore Asia Branch Operations.
Key Skills:
- A university degree with 3-5 years of experience in an operations role.
- Background in a global investment bank, with equity product knowledge and client service experience preferred.
- Experience working with sales, traders, and clients in a high-pressure environment.
