Summary: The EPRR Officer & Business Continuity Lead at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust plays a crucial role in supporting emergency preparedness, resilience, and response across clinical and non-clinical departments. This position involves managing business continuity plans, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with statutory duties under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of EPRR in reviewing and updating Trust resilience plans and managing the Trust Business Continuity Plan.
• Develop and implement training and exercising programs for emergency preparedness and business continuity.
• Participate in the EPRR on-call service and provide support during declared incidents.
• Coordinate with senior management to maintain the Business Continuity Management framework.
• Lead the development and implementation of Business Continuity systems and ensure alignment with ISO22301.
• Prepare reports and evidence for the annual EPRR assurance process.
• Support the development of EPRR and BCP policies and procedures.
