Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, and external partners to ensure strong governance and collaboration
  • Oversee programme budgets, timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring delivery within agreed constraints
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including clinical, technical, and operational workstreams
  • Ensure effective change management, user adoption, and training strategies are in place
  • Monitor programme performance using defined KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
