An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Change Manager with prior experience of building a ITIL Change function from scratch (This is an essential requirement, there is no negotiation on this experience) This role requires a hands on Change professional who can operate at pace, lead CAB and implement effective governance, risk and control frameworks while working closely with service leads, platform owners, and engineering teams. We are looking for someone with strong, practical ITIL Change experience who knows how to make change work in the real world.
