Summary: The Field Environmental Manager role is a contract position for 12 months with potential for extension, focused on implementing HSE environmental management systems within the Health, Safety and Environmental department. The position involves managing environmental issues on-site, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements in both onshore and offshore projects. The role is based on-site in Talcare, North Wales, and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement construction environmental management plan for onshore and offshore activities
- Review and monitor Subcontractor compliance to environmental requirements
- Management of site environmental issues
- Interface and work with Clients, Subcontractors and Authorities
- Leading the environmental team
- Coordinate and communicate with environmental agency, local authorities, internal company’s departments and relevant external stakeholders
- Perform project environmental activities such as completing ENVID, Environmental Plans, Environmental Reporting including data analysis and Environmental Investigations
- Complete onsite activities such as audits, training, regular inspections and produce reports and data
Key Skills:
- BEng or BSc majoring in environmental or similar
- 10 years in offshore and onshore projects
- ISO 140001 Lead Auditor certification

The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Field Environmental Manager to join an advanced technological and engineering platform for the design, construction and operations of complex energy infrastructures and plants.
Job Overview:
As a Field Environmental Manager, you will be part of the Health, Safety and Environmental department. You will implement HSE environment management systems in an operational context following the Company HSE guidelines and standards. You will join our Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage project.
Some of your duties will include:
