Position Summary:
We are seeking an exceptionally qualified and experienced Enterprise Architect specialising in Integration to join our dynamic organisation for an initial assignment of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 3 months. This role demands a strategic visionary who possesses a profound understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration technologies, and the ability to help shape the IT strategy in alignment with overarching business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute comprehensive integration solutions that fulfil business objectives and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure strict adherence to enterprise standards and best practises.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements, identify integration opportunities, and deliver highly effective solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend integration technologies, tools, and platforms that best meet the organisation's sophisticated needs.
- Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including integration patterns, data flows, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practises in integration architecture.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent technical qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a strong focus on integration.
- Extensive knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus), APIs, SOA, microservices, and cloud integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive architectural initiatives.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to address complex integration challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
