Summary: The role of Enterprise Architect focuses on enhancing the Enterprise Architecture within a Regulatory & Change Programme. The position requires collaboration across business and technology domains to ensure alignment with regulatory and strategic objectives. The architect will design scalable and secure architectures that facilitate effective risk management and data-driven decision-making. This is an interim position based in Birmingham with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the evolution of Enterprise Architecture within a Regulatory & Change Programme.
• Ensure alignment of technology and data strategies with regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives.
• Design integrated, scalable, and secure architectures for effective risk management.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology focusing on non-technical architecture.

Enterprise Architect - Business Architecture/Data - Birmingham/Flexible

Inside IR35 - Up to £600 per day - 1 to 2 days in Birmingham City Centre, rest from home.

We are seeking an Architect with Enterprise Architecture experience to join our team on an interim basis, supporting the evolution of our Enterprise Architecture within a well-established Regulatory & Change Programme of work.

This role will ensure that enterprise-wide technology and data strategies align with the regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives. You'll work across both business and technology domains to design integrated, scalable, and secure architectures that enable effective risk management and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in business architecture, solution design, or data strategy within complex programmes.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and business analysis.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, with a focus on non-technical architecture.
