Summary: The Engineering Management of Change Analyst is responsible for overseeing the Management of Change (MOC) process within the Cyber Program, ensuring that all proposed changes are effectively reviewed, approved, and implemented. This role involves maintaining accurate records, developing planning tools, and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The MOC Coordinator will also lead project teams to achieve successful project outcomes while adhering to time, cost, and quality criteria. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for both office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with Project teams, Operations, IT, and Security to deliver NCSC CAF objectives within the Cyber Program.
- Ensuring project teams understand and plan for the resources needed for service transition activities.
- Partnering with the Programme Management Team to enhance the monitoring and management of the MOC process.
- Providing effective leadership to project teams, ensuring support and motivation for team members.
- Communicating project objectives and scope clearly to all stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress and applying management strategies to address deviations.
- Overseeing change control procedures and ensuring formal documentation for modifications.
- Managing the production of deliverables for project MOC activities and ensuring necessary approvals.
- Maintaining project documentation and tracking activities against plans.
- Providing regular updates to the Programme Board.
- Managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) aligned with the role.
- Ensuring formal project closure within the G/35 system and archiving relevant documentation.
- Overseeing smooth transitions to Business as Usual (BAU) activities.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of Management of Change Processes.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and processes (ISO 9001).
- Broad knowledge of Engineering and/or Operational Technology in a similar industry.
- Good knowledge of Cyber Programs and related business drivers.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Track record of delivering complex projects.
- Understanding of Policies, Procedures, and management structures in large engineering organizations.
