Summary: The Senior PMO Analyst role involves supporting project delivery and governance for a leading banking client on a 6-month contract basis. The position requires extensive experience in the financial services sector and focuses on comprehensive PMO support, including planning, reporting, and risk management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive PMO support, including planning, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking key metrics and highlighting risks or issues.
  • Assist in resource planning, budget tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing key actions and decisions.
  • Support senior stakeholders with accurate data insights and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience as a PMO Analyst within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
