We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects in information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in healthcare technology, EMR systems, and interface management. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate IT project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Review project plans and schedules to coordinate project activity and resource allocation
• Manage system backups, security protocols, and user support systems
• Operate and manage smaller budget projects with efficiency and accountability
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technical teams to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and resolve issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to users for computer-related problems

qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5-7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry
• Proven experience with EMR systems and healthcare technology interfaces
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, Java, SQL)
• Understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation

skills: Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PMI certification strongly preferred
• Experience working directly with healthcare providers or systems (not vendor-only EMR implementation)
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, with a history of building trusted client relationships
