Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead projects in information systems and EMR systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate IT project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Review project plans and schedules to coordinate project activity and resource allocation
- Manage system backups, security protocols, and user support systems
- Operate and manage smaller budget projects with efficiency and accountability
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technical teams to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and resolve issues
- Provide technical support and guidance to users for computer-related problems
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry
- Proven experience with EMR systems and healthcare technology interfaces
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
