Summary: The SAP Project / Program Manager role focuses on managing SAP implementation projects specifically within the HR vertical, requiring extensive experience and expertise in various SAP modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP implementation projects with a focus on the HR vertical.
- Engage business stakeholders and implementation partners on requirements and schedule planning.
- Oversee third-party vendor interactions and scope elucidation.
- Plan build and test cycles, measure progress, and manage releases.
- Evaluate implementation plans from technology providers and recommend corrections.
- Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors EC Payroll cloud and Workforce Solutions timekeeping module.
- Facilitate data flow elucidation between WFS time cloud and EC payroll cloud.
- Utilize SAP Activate or PMP Certification where applicable.
- Consider other product implementations like Concur Expense and Field time tracking as a plus.

Essential Skills:

- Demonstrated skills in engaging business stakeholders, implementation partners on the requirements, schedule planning, third party vendor call outs, scope elucidation, planning the build and test cycles, measuring progress, release management.
- Should have 2 implementation experiences with SuccessFactors EC Payroll cloud
- Should have 2 implementation experiences with Workforce Solutions timekeeping module
- Proven expertise in elucidating the data flows between WFS time cloud and EC payroll cloud
- Be able to evaluate the implementation plan from technology providers, and recommend corrections based on past experiences of WFS time and EC payroll implementation learnings
- Preferably SAP Activate or PMP Certification
- Experience in other product implementations like Concur Expense, Field time tracking is a plus
- This is a project with more than 24 months duration, hence local candidates are preferred or candidates willing to relocate are preferred
