EMEA Test Automation Adoption Analysts

Summary: The EMEA Test Automation Adoption Analyst role involves documenting business requirements for AI and automation solutions while ensuring the integrity and quality of these requirements. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams to design solutions, create use cases, and manage testing processes. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for training end-users and maintaining documentation related to testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements for AI/automation solutions.
• Understand and challenge the needs of testing teams to ensure quality requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to co-design solutions and create use cases.
• Road-test engineering solutions in UAT operating environments.
• Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring test solutions are scalable and adaptable.
• Manage changes to team documentation, including SOPs.
• Create training materials for automation solutions and conduct training sessions.
• Oversee all testing processes/SOPs for Graphite/FTS projects in EMEA.
• Utilize experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and Business Process Testing.
