Summary: The Electrical Project Manager will lead electrical packages for a £50m M&E value Data Centre project in West London, working for a leading independent building services company in the UK. The role involves managing design, procurement, health and safety, and team coordination, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have significant project management experience and a proven track record in the sector. This position offers a stable work environment with a healthy pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender review/validation
• Design Management (reviewing design liaising with client, main contractor and consultants)
• Procurement of subcontractors, kit and plant
• Technical submittals
• RFIs – Liaison with client team, main contractor and sub contractors
• Value Engineering where applicable
• Programming of works – using MS Project or Asta project
• Health & Safety management (RAMs)
• Commercial Responsibility, assisting with sub contractor variation accounts working alongside project specific Quantity Survey
• Management of variations
• Team Coordination (overseeing junior engineers, construction managers and supervisors)
• Progress meetings with sub contractors, client and internal meetings
• Overseeing commissioning stages
• Formulation of OM Manuals and client handover

Key Skills:

• Experience managing projects to a minimum of £5m within your own discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role
