This role involves managing project life cycles, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving system improvements to align with organisational goals.
- 6-month initial contract (potential to extend further).
- X2 days a week in Oxfordshire.
- 500 Outside IR35.
- To start in the next 2-3 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Workday HRIS projects (implementation, upgrades, and optimization).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes via technology solutions.
- Manage project plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Train end-users and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Workday HRIS with ideally previous delivery of an upgrade, migration or implementation
- Proficiency in HR processes, HRIS platforms, and project tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
