p>A client of Amass Technology is looking for a Project Manager with expertise Workday HRIS to lead HR technology projects.

This role involves managing project life cycles, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving system improvements to align with organisational goals.

  • 6-month initial contract (potential to extend further).
  • X2 days a week in Oxfordshire.
  • 500 Outside IR35.
  • To start in the next 2-3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading Workday HRIS projects (implementation, upgrades, and optimization).
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes via technology solutions.
  • Manage project plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Train end-users and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Workday HRIS with ideally previous delivery of an upgrade, migration or implementation
  • Proficiency in HR processes, HRIS platforms, and project tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
  • Strong communication skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
