Summary: The EGSE Engineer role involves developing and maintaining Electrical Ground Support Equipment for spacecraft and satellite systems within a leading aerospace organization. The position requires executing integration, verification, and validation activities while troubleshooting anomalies during test campaigns. The role is hybrid, based in Stevenage, and requires current SC clearance or eligibility. This is a 12-month rolling contract with a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain EGSE for spacecraft and satellite systems.
- Define technical requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Execute integration, verification, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical and functional anomalies during test campaigns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system readiness.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience).
