Summary: The role of eFront Business Analyst involves supporting a strategic vendor selection and implementation readiness project for a financial services client in the Middle East. The candidate will leverage their expertise in eFront and private markets operations to lead business analysis activities and collaborate with stakeholders. This position requires travel to Abu Dhabi for 1-2 weeks during the contract period. The contract is initially for 2 months with a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities related to the selection and assessment of eFront as a portfolio and investment management platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements across middle and back-office functions, including fund accounting, reporting, and data integration
- Conduct current state assessments, gap analysis, and define target operating models aligned with eFront capabilities
- Support vendor evaluation including functional fit, integration, data model alignment, and operational workflows
- Prepare and facilitate on-site workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements, validate use cases, and assess vendor fit
- Develop business process documentation, user stories, and high-level solution outlines
- Work closely with IT, data, and operations teams to ensure readiness for implementation or integration activities
- Contribute to evaluation reports and decision-making documentation for vendor selection
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with eFront, ideally on implementation, configuration, or process redesign projects
- Solid understanding of private equity, real estate, or alternatives investment operations, including middle office and investor reporting processes
- Proven track record of business analysis in vendor selection projects, preferably within asset or wealth management
- Experience delivering target operating models and supporting technology-enabled transformation
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and senior business stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel to the Middle East for 1-2 weeks for critical workshops
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term project environment with tight deadlines

- Exposure to regulatory considerations and investor due diligence processes
