Summary: The E Solutions Administrator will support the Sales, Operational & Contract Logistics Teams in managing daily E-Solutions service requirements, focusing on tasks such as carrier invoice reconciliation and customer invoicing. This maternity cover role, lasting 9 months to 1 year, requires strong planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail. The position is based at either the Hemel Hempstead or Egham site and involves close collaboration with various parcel carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrier invoice reconciliation
- Issue invoices to customers
- Issue credit notes for parcels lost or damaged in transit
- Update carrier and customer rate cards
- Assist with creating customer rate cards for new customers based on agreed rates
- Update rate cards within shipping platform
- Create/Update SOP’s relating to invoicing
- Review weekly/monthly statements
- Issue carrier quotes
- Internal reporting
- Ad Hoc admin
Key Skills:
- Experienced in MS Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven history of providing Customer Service
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage workload
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required and instructed by the Line Manager
