Summary: The Dynamics 365 Enterprise Architect will lead the design and harmonisation of a large-scale ERP transformation programme using Dynamics 365. This role requires significant authority and the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics to achieve alignment across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive agreement on common processes and adoption of standard practices across multiple business units.

Key Skills:

• Substantial experience as a Lead / Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (minimum 3 implementations).
• Proven track record in delivering D365 F&O transformation programmes for multi-business organisations.
• Previous roles in Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, FMCG or regulated industries.
• Consultancy experience (Big Four or Tier 1 ERP vendors) is highly desirable.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and drive consensus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adept at navigating cultural nuances.
• Expertise in process alignment and end-to-end ERP design.
• Ability to critically assess vendor recommendations.
• Collaborative leadership style with cross-functional teams.
