Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

We are currently embarking on an exciting and all encompassing Transformation programme, designed to change and improve the services we deliver and how we support those services. We’re seeking a forward-thinking, strategic leader to step into the key role of Director of Finance, Procurement, and Digital (DFPD). This is an exciting position for someone with public sector finance experience who is ready to lead change and drive efficiency across our finance, procurement, and digital functions. It is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving organisation. In this pivotal position, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the direction of our 2025-30 corporate strategy and annual business plans. You’ll work closely with our Corporate Services and Change Directorate to deliver key elements of our Data, Digital, and Technology (DDaT) strategy, driving insights and supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Key requirements include that you're a fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with proven: Financial and management accounting experience at a senior level, with an in-depth understanding of government, arms length body and public sector finance; Experience influencing and leading teams through change; Understanding of procurement processes and strategic supplier relationships; Extensive experience working with internal and external auditors; and While not mandatory, experience with digital transformation, data, and technology initiatives would be a distinct advantage.
