Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a product vision and strategy.
  • Maintain and communicate the product roadmap.
  • Ensure customer-centric product iterations through research and user testing.
  • Map user journeys and define features, prioritizing within a product backlog.
  • Gain consensus for proposed prioritization across the organization.
  • Manage budget across business-as-usual and project funding.
  • Measure and evidence the value of changes delivered.
  • Create mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in digital activities.
  • Communicate insights and successes related to key user journeys.
  • Actively engage in digital communities.
