Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing, Content & Web Manager to take charge of our digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our online engagement strategies, managing a talented team, and ensuring our website is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary digital team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with organisational goals and drive public engagement.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of digital content, ensuring it is relevant, high-quality, and reflective of our brand.
  • Website Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our website, ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and user experience. This includes coordinating website updates, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with IT and external partners.
  •  Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns and website traffic, using insights to refine and enhance our strategies.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our digital efforts are integrated across all channels and aligned with broader organisational objectives.

Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a digital marketing, content, or web management role, preferably within a larger organisation or public sector.
  • Strong people management skills with a track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and PPC.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate digital concepts to non-digital audiences.
