Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager at De La Rue will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's purpose and business strategy. This strategic and hands-on role involves managing the company's digital presence and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful global marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
- Manage De La Rue’s digital presence, providing reporting and insight generation.
- Use CRM to support marketing campaigns and regular reporting.
- Create compelling copy for marketing campaigns.
- Manage the delivery of engaging campaigns and digital events tracking engagement and outcomes.
- Manage the ongoing reporting of marketing campaigns and generation of insights.
- Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to create impactful visual and written marketing materials.
Key Skills:
- Full-Mix Marketing Expertise – Proven experience across the marketing spectrum, with an emphasis in copy writing and digital marketing best practice.
- Campaign Execution – Ability to plan and implement integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels, optimised for government audiences.
- Website & SEO Skills – Skilled in website content management, UX optimisation, and driving inbound marketing performance.
- CRM & Data Proficiency – Strong capabilities in CRM strategy, data segmentation, and contact management to enable data-driven marketing decisions.
- Content Creation – High-quality copywriting and editorial skills across formats—web, social, case studies, and white papers.
- Digital Event Management – Experience coordinating/producing webinars and online events, with measurable success.
- Social Media Management – Proficient in managing social platforms, creating engaging content, and reporting analytics.

- Chartered institute of Marketing Diploma qualification (desirable).

The Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team here at De La Rue . Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across all customer touchpoints. This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering you the opportunity to shape and scale our digital presence in alignment with our brand purpose and business strategy. You will work across a broad digital landscape (including social media and our company website) and will be the guardian of our digital footprint, ensuring consistency, quality and innovation across our channels. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to create global marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement, thus strengthening our positioning with customers and stakeholders and elevating the De La Rue brand.
