My client in the Insurance industry are undertaking a large-scale European finance transformation programme to implement a new Workday Financial platform. The PMO will play an important role in providing central oversight, structure and coordination. The role holder will ensure that the programme is governed effectively, risks are proactively managed, progress is transparently reported and delivery standards are maintained throughout.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a PMO Lead ideally gained in large-scale ERP or SaaS financial system implementations (Workday preferred).
- Experience of working in the Insurance or Financial Sevices industry.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Experience supporting multi-country/multi-phase programmes.
