Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all digital marketing activities.
- Maintain and develop the Charity’s website.
- Optimise all content for SEO and digital channels.
- Execute the day-to-day delivery of social media content and engagement.
- Support and advise beneficiaries through social media channels, Private Facebook group, and live chat.
- Work with the Fundraising & Marketing teams to develop, update and create marketing materials.
- Deliver E-News campaigns in collaboration with the wider team.
- Support the Community Engagement Lead to promote attendance at open days, support groups, and events.
- Assist the Marketing and Campaigns Manager in delivering marketing, campaigns, and communications strategy.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years marketing and digital marketing experience.
- Experience implementing social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
- Familiarity with Buffer or Hootsuite.
- Experience/knowledge of SEO.
- Outstanding written communication and copywriting skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft packages, Adobe Cloud, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to load and change website copy using CMS software such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and Drupal.
- Creative ability in designing graphics.
- Experience with CRM databases.
- Project management skills.
