Summary: The Digital Marketing Analyst role involves analyzing digital marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse digital marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights on customer behaviour, segmentation, and targeting to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search, and display advertising.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans based on data analysis.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a contractor role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Excel).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, MicroStrategy, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
