Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the visual shop window for the group's brands across all digital channels, delivering creative that is engaging, commercially aware and consistently high quality.
  • Work from structured briefs to produce eye-catching artwork for seasonal promotions, product launches and key trading moments.
  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand, recognisable and aligned with established brand guidelines across the wider group.
  • Create, adapt and optimise digital assets for ecommerce websites, including image retouching, colour correction, clipping paths, canvas expansion and repurposing imagery for multiple formats.
  • Use generative AI tools thoughtfully to enhance creative output and improve efficiency without compromising brand quality.
  • Stay ahead of upcoming campaigns by proactively preparing assets, while remaining agile enough to respond to reactive or last-minute creative requests.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure creative supports commercial objectives and deadlines are consistently met.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in graphic or digital design, ideally within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • A strong understanding of ecommerce and online customer behaviour, with the ability to translate commercial insight into effective creative output.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with confidence using macOS as a core working environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
