Key Responsibilities:
- Support the oversight and management of 4 Gold and 1 Silver strategic contracts, ensuring compliance, performance tracking, and accurate reporting.
- Lead routine supplier engagement, preparing agendas, tracking actions, and escalating risks or issues where needed.
- Maintain robust contract documentation, including registers, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and change control logs.
- Assist with commercial negotiations, variations, and contract changes in line with organisational policy and governance.
- Monitor supplier performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of contract management strategies and service improvement plans.
- Ensure all commercial activities adhere to procurement regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Work collaboratively with commercial, finance, operational, legal, and project teams to ensure cohesive contract delivery.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Commercial Contract Manager to support the management of a portfolio of four Gold and one Silver high-profile contracts. Working closely with senior commercial colleagues, you will help ensure that suppliers meet contractual obligations, risks are effectively managed, and value for money is achieved. This role is well-suited to individuals with experience in contract management or procurement who are ready to progress into a more senior, strategic environment. You will contribute to commercial governance, lead routine supplier interactions, and support contract improvement initiatives.
