Key Responsibilities:

- Write and take ownership of all copy for three websites, including how-to guides and inspirational articles.
- Ensure content is SEO optimized and adheres to accessibility guidelines.
- Conduct extensive research into the home improvement industry and competitor analysis.
- Use an in-house CMS system to build and schedule content pages.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and optimize content performance.
- Maintain and execute the content style guide for consistency.
- Produce briefs for visual and video assets to support content.
- Develop the customer content strategy based on insights and performance results.
- Support ad hoc requests for UX copy throughout the customer journey.
