Summary: The Digital Business Analyst role involves working with a global insurance broker to enhance their digital trading capabilities through requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are met and continuous improvement is achieved. This is a hybrid working contract that is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clarify, and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate effort and refine the backlog.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and maintain accurate release notes.
- Participate in sprint planning and ensure user stories are groomed and delivered on time.
- Drive a high-performance work environment focused on deliverables.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a business analyst throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in Agile project environments and tools like Confluence and Azure DevOps.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to facilitate workshops.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the London Market, is advantageous.
